Manufacturing Capacity
In-House: 27,000 LB per day (6,7 Million LB per month) including terry, locstitch, chenille and knitting looms
Subcontracted: 22,400 tons per day (5,6 Million LB per month) and 2 shearing machines for velour -
Dye and Finishing Plant
• Dyeing facility consists of overflow and HT garment dyeing tanks and Pad-batch dyeing system, water extractors, stenter, air bed dryer, anti-piling finishing set and small tank dying tank for sample yardage, light box, fabric shrinkage, tumble dry machines, Spectrophotometer, and other necessary test equipment .
• Our capacity is 20 metric tons per day in-house dying for towels and 25 tons per day for robe fabric dying capacity. Total for towels and robes 50 tons per day.

Stitching & Cutting Facility

• ETON Hanging Sewing System (2 Lines which includes 48 production stations)
• 1 Automated Towel cutting and sewing machine with capacity of 8,000 pcs. per shift
• Stitching Lines are used for towels and bathrobes.
• Marking + Grading are operated by Micro dynamics and Konsan CAD systems which give us complete accuracy when marking and grading garments.

• Towels4hotels is one of only 5 major chenille producers in the world, and the only Turkish manufacturer having lockstitch and chenille machines capable of producing large export quantities. We export terry, lockstitch, chenille and knit products to 51 countries in 5 continents.
•Towels4hotels is a Turkish owned company; however we practice Japanese Management Principles to make our operation more efficient.
• The company started a reorganization project in 2001 to be able to adopt a Total Quality Management philosophy in all its departments.
• Towels4hotels uses the MRP-II program to make its planning department more efficient.

Towels4hotels Design Department
To assist our clients, we have a design department which is constantly striving to develop new designs. When working with Towels4hotels you are able to utilize our full staff of product development specialists as part of our production package.
Towels4hotels product development team includes a number of designers, fabric specialists, market specialists and merchandisers. We will work with you to develop your own private label products and brands, or you can choose from our very diverse collection of products shown in the "Product" section of our website new styles.
Our Lectra Free Hand CAD program greatly enhances our design process. Over half of the designs/ styles produced in our factory with our own original designs.
