1. How can I customize my order?

   Towels4hotels offers two different types of custom manufacturing in order to obtain the needs of Custom manufacturing Industry.

   A- Towels4hotels customers can choose a model from our designs and they can change it according to their needs.
   You can find our unique designs at www.towels4hotels.com

   B- Towels4hotels customers can provide us their own design. (Pattern, drawing, picture)

   Our Customers can customize:
   Color (Green, White etc.)
   Fabric Type (Organic , Non Organic, cotton etc.)
   Fabric Quality (Weight, thread count etc.)
   Embroidery (Color, type, logo etc.)
   Bordure (Color, type, logo etc.)
   Model (Designs, types etc.)
   Model Measurements (Length, Width etc.)
   Accessories (Button, Snap etc.)
   Labels (Brand Label, Hang Tag etc.)

2. What is the Minimum order quantity?

   Stock fabrics (basic colors): 400 piece per model/color.
   Special orders (every detail customized): 1000 piece per model/color

3. Can I put my own brand label on the towels and bathrobes?

   Yes, our customers can embroider, jacquard weave, and bordure towels, bath robes, bath mats with the name, initials or logo of their hotels/spas/cruise ships.

4. What is the delivery time?

   Orders are customized, manufactured, shipped and delivered within 4 to 10 weeks.

5. How can I reorder the same design?

   Once our customers place an order with us, they receive a product code. After the first order shipment, if our customers require the same design of their previous order, they simply have to inform us the product code that we gave them for the previous order and quantity. Repeat orders’ delivery time is 3 to 5 weeks.

6. Where does the manufacturing take place?

   Our manufacturing facilities (thread mill, fabric mill, dyeing mill and production mill) are located in Turkey.

7. Why are the manufacturing facilities located in Turkey?

   Cotton is the primary element in a quality towel and Turkey is a leading market in the global cotton industry. Legendary Turkish Cotton is a premium material with extra long fiber. It is also soft and extra absorbent. The threads in this quality cotton absorb more water molecules faster, thus allowing the drying time to be minimized. This cotton is only produced in Turkey.

8. How can our customers protect their designs against piracy?

   We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with all our clients to protect our and their rights. In this agreement, we both agree NOT TO share any information with third parties.

9. Do you have a Sample Manufacturing Process?

   Yes, We created our “Sample Manufacturing Process” to eliminate the complications which may occur during the production process. Before we begin manufacturing your complete order, we first manufacture the samples of the products that you have requested.

   When Towels4Hotels manufactures the first sample, our priorities are measurements, fabric quality and weight. We finalize the product based on our customers’ feedback and we ship them the second sample. If the customer approves the sample, that sample is called “The Production Sample,” which means that the complete order will be manufactured with the exact same specifications as the earlier production sample. This way, we eliminate any errors or misunderstandings in the final order.

10. What shipment methods do you offer?

    We can ship your products via air or sea freight.

11. What are your payment terms?

    When the sample manufacturing ends and customer receives the final “Production Sample”, 60% of the total amount will be due from the customer. When this payment is received, Towels4hotels will start manufacturing the complete order.

    Before the final shipment, Independent auditors (Inspectors) will quality check the finished products. 40% of the remaining payment will be required from the customer prior to shipping. (L/C, Wire, Money Order)

12. What are towels4hotels certificates?

    Towels4Hotels has SKAL, GOTS and ORGANIC EXCHANGE Certificates for organic and bamboo products.
    Code of Conduct Policies are established in all our production facilities.
